Report security issues
When you find a security issue in one of Ferox's products or infrastructure, please send an email to luc [@) feroxhosting.nl .
We will try to respond with an acknolwedgement within 24 hours.
Ferox Hosting will reward high-severity findings monetarily.
Examples of high severity issues: Shell access to a machine, access to personal or financial customer data.
Once the issue has been patched, you are free to publish a writeup publicly aswell. Feel free to ask for more information and embargo deadlines.
Any denial of service or phishing is out of scope. Vulnerabilities in our supplies should be reported there,
but we can help with finding contact persons if necessary.
